can I take rowasa durning the day to help with fissure

I have these fissures right now, can I take during the day to help with the inflammation.
 
Very mild left sided (could have fooled me with the "mild")  UC. STARTED LDN ON 1/25/09. Supplements:  Cod Liver, Probiotics, multi whole food vitamin, olive leaf extract.

why?...you cannot take 5 asa meds....so don't use rowasa.

Use an external cream such as hydrocortisone or call the doctor and request proctocedyl.

I requested the proctocedyl, thank you. I feel better today, no burning as of now and no blood in my last bm but it hurt so bad still. I think it's on the mend.

Hopefully that will work for you. Are you taking the suppositories or the ointment?

Hi Again,

I did not specify either way, I haven't gotten it filled yet. I asked for 10mg fo Pred to get me out of this flare. When I took canasa the last two days I didn't notice any side effect like I have in the past. Maybe my gut is healing up better or maybe the LDN is working. What I do get more than before, is I'll get a wave of bad cramps and think I'm going to go to the bathroom and not make it and nothing happens. Are my guts stretching out or what?
