So far I have had good results with this raw food diet. I started this diet on the 29th of March and for these 2 weeks I have not had any blood or mucus when I go to the loo. And I have one BM a day. My energy has increased and I don’t have stomach pain. Except when I started my period this week. I will keep trying this but I still need to perfect this diet. I am also still on ascol and pentasa so who knows it could be the meds. When I feel even better and have perfeted this I plan to reduce these and see what happens. Don't know it could be a bad idea.
I’m wondering if anyone can give me tips on probiotics. How do they work, what is the best brand to buy. Do they work?
I find English health food stores really expensive and they don’t have the options the American one’s do.
