Another food question-not sure where to start!

Hi all-I am on Humira now and things are pretty well controlled.  I have had a few hiccups, but nothing major in the last year, which is great.  I do have some side effects that are hard to live with, but overall I can't complain.
However, my husband and I want more kids.  Not now, but we know we do and I am trying to think ahead and plan how I will manage things.  I will be kicked out of the Humira trial if I get pg or if we start TTC, so that will be that with the Humira. (I have no clue where it is in terms of approval, but I know they would take me off of it regardless if I were expecting)
So many people have given me tips about diet and such-friends I have with RA have gone into remission from dietary changes alone, my acupuncturist's daughter went gluten free and now her UC is well under control, etc.  But I hear so many diifferent things from different people that I don't know where to start!
Some say to go gluten free, some say yeast free, some say sugar free, etc.
My other concern is that because of the Humira, I have been able to more or less eat and drink whatever I want without consequence (in terms of the UC, not my hips!), so I am not sure how I will be able to tell what things may be helping or not.  I know I need to keep a food journal, but I am not sure what to do in terms of eliminating things.
I would love some input from people who have tried different things.  I know we are all so individual with this disease and that what works for one doesn't for another, but if you were me, where would you think about starting?

Canasa suppositories-1000mg nightly for recent flare
