ok I just made the most embarsing phone call to figure this out and they couldn't help so.
ok wends and thrus I am supose to work 13 hour days (great I get ot) but I am working a health fair n the bathrooms r on the other side of building. n I don't know if I will make it. I think having something would make me feel better.
I know in the 90's aways made something for menstral that was just a cover for ur underwear that had no padding but protected from leaks. is there anything like that or the thinest pullup to wear. I have to wear scrubs so I want it to be descreat.

You can use Depends or adult diapers. They make them now so they are not noticable and they feel almost like real underwear. Also, if you can tolerate it, you can try using Immodium on occasion to help.
