I usually have a big appetite but can't gain any weight. I'm considered underweight for my height but it's hard to gain weight for me i guess since i generally don't eat junk food. I've been feeling better slowly but i think i went overboard yesterday.lol
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 blueberry waffles w sugar free syrup, handful of steamed spinach, 1 banana, 1 orange, mango juice
Lunch: tostadas and salsa, chicken fried steak w french fries, salad, spanish rice
Snack: mini cup of chocalate ice cream, 2 large cookies
Dinner: tostadas and salsa, fajita plate w grilled onions and green peppers, 2 tortillas, beans and rice.
I'm not taking any prescriptions and have not been able to go into remission, but I feel good enough to be introducing more foods and larger quantities into my diet lately. Why? Maybe my gut is healing more and tolerating all foods better. I think I owe a lot of this to omega 3 fatty acids I recently started and to some organic plain kifer i just baught too. I probably really need to go back to my stricter diet and cut out the alcohol I drink about everyother weekend, I'm just feeling so "normal" again and it's kind of fun. But i've been here before only to ruin it with poor decisions...
