Sounds more likely to be a fissure than a hemmie.
You could take a look-see yourself...a fissure is a cut in the anal folds..
If in fact it is a fissure, hydrocortisone cream works well....
As well, increasing your fibre intake with a supplement will help bulk the stool in a "softer/fluffier" way to help lessen the incidence of fissures.
Since I started the supplements on a regular basis, I haven't been plagued much with the fissure I have.
Just a suggestion, but it would be best to look (yes, squat over a mirror).
