Does anyone have trouble with VSL #3 dissolving in their drinks? It never does for me, and sometimes I even have chunks of powder floating around. It's driving me crazy b/c I already don't like the taste of it and then I still have to look at it!

I don't use VSL myself but I have used the powdered form of the Primadophilus Reuteri that I take (I switched to caps cuz it's just as effective only more convienent), maybe try pouring in a little at a time and stirring vigorously and keep adding a bit at a time while quickly stirring.  Try stirring with a small fork (desert fork).

I use a small hand whisk and pour it into the cup of water slowly while "whisking" vigorously, even so it is difficult to mix completely but this helps

I find that it mixes fine in water, but when I mix it in juice then it doesn't dissolve as well. I actually like the taste, but you can also get unflavored VSL#3.

Just load it in, stir it up, and down it without a whimper, then lick the residue off the rim of the glass!
23 years of UC which started after quitting smoking. In and out of flares which are usually triggered by antibiotics. Latest issue is endless diarrhea without blood or mucous.
