low dose aspirin?

Is it safe to take low dose aspirin with uc...in or out of remission?

I wouldn't have a problem with it because I take aspirin for headaches with the OK from my doctor. Besides, the lowdosage is only 82mg...however,

It would probably be in your best interests to discuss it with your GI, or get him to call you or maybe to relay a question to the doc's assistant/nurse/receptionist.

Why are you wanting to take it...for cholesterol?

My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS"  worth it !!!
