I sit at work all day but I had a job for about
3 months that I was standing, walking and doing more physical labor than usual and my symptoms got way better during that time period. I make more money at my office job but i would actually prefer another type of job where i didn't have to sit all day. I think it helped to be standing up after my lunch and helped the digestion process somehow. I always think sitting down, leaning over or sidways puts restraints or something on the passage ways.
And I always get tenesmus more at night and it is always best when i wake up. Strange huh.
