Thanks for asking about
my interview! I posted about
it when I got back, but I guess you missed it!
Anyway, I think it went really well. I'm a lot more excited about the job than I was before the interview!
I didn't get an interview for one of the jobs I applied for at Purdue and haven't heard about the other yet (the search committee is moving really slowly). I'm miffed I didn't get an interview for the one job at Purdue, because after the committee found out (through my friend who works there) that I had an interview at Wisconsin, they quickly met to reivew the applications and told my friend to tell me they'd hurry. Then, the "rejection" letter said something about "we hope you find suitable employment soon." Thanks, @ssholes, but I already have a suitable job.
I'm often the only woman in the room, too! I haven't ever had any problems, but I'm not much of a girly girl in attitude...I like clothes, shoes, makeup and all that stuff, but I also like to play in the dirt! There are a few "good ole' boys" around, but I know how to "work" them to get what I want/need. :)
Symptoms began in November 2008, ~4 weeks after giving birth to my son.
Eased for ~3 weeks in December, possibly b/c of probiotic use?
Returned in January 2009 (with a vengeance), diagnosed with pancolitis on January 30.
Currently taking Asacol (400mg 4 pills 3x daily), Rowasa nightly, Culturelle probiotic, and Zoloft (25 mg).
