advertisement about taking a uc survey and getting $10

beware that advertisement displayed on this site offering $10 to take a survey about uc - it is a sham!  they make u take the survey and then tell u it's full.  so basically they get your information and then don't pay!  that is so unethical!  beware!  it's probably a greedy drug company.

I tried to take it and I only got a couple questions in when they told me I was not eligible to participate. I took a survey from an ad on this site about a year ago which said they would pay me $5 but I never saw the money.
25 years old; diagnosed March 2007;
Currently: persistant rectal inflammation
Asacol, 4 tabs, 3xday; Rowasa nightly; Viactiv; Metamucil wafers; multivitamin; Primadophilus Reuteri; sublingual allergy drops; Ortho Tri-Cyclen

Age: 31
Location: Missouri
Diagnosed with UC in 1997.
Medications: Mesalamine rectal meds, back on 100 mg Azathioprine, Lialda increased cramping & bms no longer taking
