Hi...I don't know how high the Rowasa will actually go, but you can try to possibly prop a pillow or more under your pelvis and lean a bit to the left. There are some who do it that way and claim success.
Regarding the cramping/pain....you should ask the doc for an antispasmodic..even dicyclomine 10mg will be helpful.
You say your stomach hurts.....are you eating?
When do you take the align?
Make sure when you insert the Rowasa, it's all the way in and then start squeezing. Make sure you're on your left side with your butt propped and stay that way for at least a half hour.
Keep us posted as to the results of your biopsies. I strongly suggest you get a copy of them to keep for your records. Truly...it's cool to actually see what was written rather than the doc saying...it's all OK.
