Lately my poo has been ok but now Ive noticed the water in the bowl to be brown, and when I wipe I wipe water not poo, does this mean my bowel will discontinue absorbing water soon. Raw spinach is helping it to stiffen though.

I am on rectal meds. asacol. Today I did a really nice poo, not watery. It seems to be that when I eat raw spinach my stool firms up. I also heard tha cooked spinach gives toxis to the body. I'm using the raw spinach to stop urgencys and pain. It works.
