Anyone ever have stomach cramping that woke them up from a sound sleep?
I did last night.  My entire belly felt real tight like someone was sitting on it.
That lasted for about 15minutes. I didn't have to go to the bathroom.
I put ice on my belly to see if that would work and I drank a little water.
I was able to force myself to throw up a little.
I don't believe anything I tried worked.

It went away fast.  Now today I feel a little stiff in my belly but it is still soft to the touch and does not hurt when I touch it.

Any ideas?

This is the 3rd time I have had this in the past 6months.

reflux? Too much fat in your meals that day? Did you have any soft drinks? artificial sweeteners?

What did you have for supper?

Are you still using the rowasa nightly?

How was your bm this morning?

I get severe nausea and cramping.....but mostly it depends on what I've eaten...or if I'm flaring.

You could ask your doc for some dicyclomine (Bentyl) to help with that.

I am in a mild flare.

I didn't eat anything that was different than I eat most days.

So far the only link I have between last night and the severe cramping I had in December was I took

Imodiam AD.  I took Imodiam about 4pm yesterday.  So almost 12 hours later I shoudl have been out of my system

I didn't take my Rowasa last night too much gas to be able to hold it.

I don't drink soda.

Just water and Gatorade with my VSL#3

BM in the am were diaherah.

However I am only going about 4-5 times a day.

I take nexiu every night.
