Hey everyone, just joined.

Soo... I was diagnosed with UC when i was 13, took 6 pills a day for about 3 years, but i would always have really bad like arthritis type of pain all over my body. Had to go on prednizone for about half a year, after i got betteri stopped taking all my pills completely, now im 16 years old,
 
Bananas! If i feel like im going to have a bad day, cause of what i ate, just eat 2 bananas and im feeling great agin for the next day.

Well, I think this one will get shut down, but it's a shame, because I believe the receptor for this solution of yours is on the same chromosome as a major immune system complex.  I have also recently been trying to understand how adrenal insufficiency and your above solution relate and influence the hormone prolatcin.
 
 
Diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 6/2006 at age 26 after sudden E.R. visit
~Pancolitis (Mild to Moderate)
 ~I had Mono in 2000
On Colazal 3x3/day; Folic Acid 1mg; Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc combo
(Generic Balsalazide not as effective for me)
In remission about 2-3 months after E.R. but not back to normal!
I hate Ulcerative Colitis and can't wait till we eradicate it
