for 3 months or so, just fruit.
I started out drinking only papaya nectar and bananas for about 2 or 3 weeks.
Then slowly adding mangos, or cherimoyas, but mostly just papaya and bananas..
You need to follow proper food combining as well, it really does help! but your body will go through detox,
you will loose a lot of weight, but I managed to steady around 130 - 135lbs solid muscle the entire time. I went for 2 or 3 hour bike rids etc. always did pretty well!
then I started eating Lots of salads.. and lots of heavy greens..
went back into flare when I was almost off my prednisone.
Now, Im about 85% raw. I started eating fish.
My new diet is no grains, no carbs/starchs,
lots of raw fruit thru out the morning too mid afternoon,
lots of carrots/carrot juice, coconut water and veggie juice,
light salads, lots of romaine lettuce, fish.
So far, Im doing alright.. no blood, no mucus, some abdominal discomfort here and there, my weight is about 136lbs, all muscle.
My energy tho isnt as good, Im on 6mp and prednisone25mg and colazal..
Im pretty discouraged, and trying to figure out what to do..
no dairy, no grains, no starches or carbs, no nuts, no seeds, no meat, other then fish.
So, lets see what happens.//
