You won't regret it. I got into remission three weeks into the diet. Went from 16 BM to 4 BM today. Still improving, and gas and urgency have gone away.
If you are going to start the diet, go to pecanbread.com. Start with the intro diet.(chicken soup, beef patty, broiled fish, ripe bananas), and then work your way up the levels. Then start adding cook fruits. Hope someone can cook for you. I advise not adding any nut breads until D is gone.

Doc wanted to put me on 6-mp or Remicade, but I refused to take the medications! For me, diet works...
