If you speak to paul nison, ask him why someone on a raw food diet can get constipated. I was more constipated on this diet than when I was young and ate burgers.

Are you drinking pleanty of water??

Try drinking carrot juice every day. =]

or eating some soaked figs,, but dont eat to many.. cus the figs may irritate you becuase of the sulfur..

I think its best to avoid sulfur rich foods.

Also, try the food combining, you should definitly try to create a nice enviorment in your gut, and food combining is Great for that. =]

lets see this is what i used to eat I didn't go 100% raw

Breky is= gluten free porridge
mid morning banana

lunch= portabella mushroom and blended salad
gluten free bread roll

dinner= blended green salad with avocado

or another day was

Breky= gluten free porridge
mid morning= avocado

Lunch= blended spinach salad and gluten free bread roll

dinner= blended spinach salad with olives and avocados, courgette , olives and olive oil

another day:

morning blended spinach and avocado salad
mid morning later 2 bananas

lunch potato and spinach salad (paul does not recommend potatoe)

dinner was blended salad and portabella mushroom olives and olive oil

latter- 2 bananas

I have also been following Sherry Brescia's combination eating diet. That got rid of the pain really quickly.

Maybe avoid the gluten free bread products, they are probably made with starches and rice are they?
I found discomfor twith my rice/millet bread wich is gluten free, so Ive cut all grains out, feel much better.. and flowing better as well. =]
I drink carrot juice everyday and about 3 gallons of water, try to keep a lot of moisture in my colon so things dont get stuck and irritated ya know?

I would recommend eating lots of mangos, and blueberries, and papaya.. these would all be very beneficial, and full of nutrients for your body, and help tremendously with constipation. Im sure you would notice a difference, also papaya is Vey soothing for the colon, maybe even just some papaya nectar, with no added ingredients.

potatoe is a starch, I quit eating starches/carbs like potatoes as well becuase I believe it promotes or has the ability to create an enviornment in the gut wich bad bacteria/candida strive on etc. I may be wrong... if you eat potatoe, I would reccomend sweet potatoe, or yams..
