I have now been on  the raw food supprot line. http://www.rawfoodsupport.com/login.php?0

Out of all the books I have bought I found Paul Nison the most inspiring.  His advice on combination eating was great and led me to buy other books on combination eating. So far it has cured the IBS symptoms I was having. Now I need to help with the rest of my IBD. (if I can?)

I still am eating cooked foods but I hope I will find a lot of raw foods now. I don’t know how things will turn out for me but I will try. If it fails my next step will be SCD diet.

Thanks for your advice

Ofcourse, just try not to focus so much on weather its raw or not.. go by how your body feels, try not to stress out of guide lines of this or that you know?

I think you should create your own plan, as to what works and feels good..

Ive already shared my diet, its not completely raw, and its not completely cooked. I think balance is the most important thing.. basically, I try to eat as alittle as I can. So when I do eat, I look for the most nutritious, and the most filling, as well as providing beneficial for my comfort and my digestion. =]

I think that your are right. about listening to yourself. I think its also correct to look for the nutrition in food instead of the bulk. I do sometimes look for bulk. i can loose weight so easily that it sometimes scary. But I am looking for nurision now.

Ive only been dealing with this disease for about 3 months. Ive had it for a few years but it never got bad till now. Now Im listening to what my gut is telling me to do. Its hard because my brain says to eat sugar all the time.
