i am going to work this morrning. I feel ok not perfect but I think I am workable. I am eating fruit for breakfast and bannas (don't have time for word) anyway  I am now going to write down everything I eat. This way i can get into a routine. I also have to write calories as I don't know what my body is saying to me yet. All I know is that bannas are good and fish is good.

Good luck today, Hello Kitty. Great that you are writing things down. That should help you plan out a routine. I go back and do that every so often as it helps keep my weight in check too. Take care and let us know how the day went.
