Work was ok!! Thought my boss would ask loads of questions about why I freaked out. But didn’t. my new breakfast made me feel better today but I don’t know if I combined the fruits correctly.

Breakfast

3 peaches

45 mins later

5 bananas

Lunch

Same as always

Salmon and spinach salad with avocado

I will stay on this for a while and then work on the rest later

Do you notice any discomfort with the avocado? a diet you may want to read about is the 80/10/10 it has helped a lot of people IBD, I guess it speaks heavily on the idea that fats are really hard to digest, especially with IBD, so to avoid those work very well.. his book has a lot of research behind it to, just like david kliens. Im appy your day went well!=]

herbalgerbals Thanks for you advice again.

Ive never found any problems with avocados and I eat them a lot. They seem to give me great energy. And there is 199 calories in one avocado. For me that is great, they help maintain my 105lb body frame. I will read this diet. Im trying to keep my diet simple at the moment as you rightly said I am up and down at the moment.

Yesterday my calories were about 1300 which is what I have to have to maintain 105lb. I know paul said not to worry about weight and I didn’t until I was 98lb and I looked terrible. Everyone at work was really worried and started commenting. They said they could tell I had been ill. That’s not what I want to hear.

how are you on the 6mp by the way. Is that ok is it working for you.
