I didn't say the symptoms couldn't start quickly such as growling, increased movement, cramping....I said that what you eat moment one will NOT go through you in an hour.
Whatever is in the colon will be cleaned out firstly....I cannot see anyone who has eaten food for 3 days, for example, to have some stool process in the digestive tract .... for that to totally bypass everything and then come out first.
Vomitting within an hour is perfectly understandable and a perfect "defensive mechanism" of the upper gastro system, and better in the long-run, so that it doesn't reach farther into the digestive tract. But remember that some bacteria, etc will survive the stomach acidic environment or not be active until it reaches different ph levels or different bacteria levels..etc.
sheesh....and don't tell me to not "argue" pb4...i do the research as well and I'm making a point that I don't believe it based on facts I've read.
But...to be fair, I will enquire about that with my doc in July when I see him and let you know his answer.
