I use this every-time I have sinus issues. I no longer get sinus infections therefore no more antibiotics!!!!! It has saved my stomach a lot of trouble. I wish I had known about this before my last battle with antibiotics which caused me such a bad flare that I was almost hospitalized.

I'm glad to hear you found something to help with sinus infections. My best friend has alot of issues with that too so I should see if she would be interested in doing something like this. Do you use it everyday?

I use a nasal rinse too. It's actually a water pik with a nasal attachment; use a nasal rinse I get online. It's saved me too! I keep trying to get my husband to use it...

I also use sinus wash on a regular basis. I use a neti pot and the little saline pouches you dissolve in water. It takes quite some getting used to running salt water through your sinuses, but since I was addicted to nasal spray in the past, I gave it a try and stuck with it. I use it everytime I have pressure on my sinuses (from pollen), when I start to feel stopped up and at the onset of a cold. It really really helps preventing sinus headaches if you start early on and keep this routine.

If you wanna try it, please remember to breathe through your mouth while doing it and keep the mouth wide open - otherwise the saline stuff runs down your throat which is yucky, naturally! turn No more nasal spray for me anyway. It increased my heartbeat.

I am glad the saline rinse work for some of you but I was finding that they made me sicker because I was flushing out whatever bacteria was in my sinuses and end up sick as can be so I stopped doing sinus rises until I found the alkalol because it seems to kill the bacteria so I don't get sick.

That sounds like a good wash. I use one that's called BreatheEase; same type of wash you are using. I found the straight saline was too harsh for my tender nose. My hubby has a terrible cold right now so we'll see if this will keep it at bay for me!
