I would say in the past couple weeks I've noticed a large lump or protrusion or wart-like thing right above the outside of my anus. It's not bleeding or anything and it doesn't really hurt when I touch it. The only thing is that it sometimes hurts when I go to the restroom. So I've been looking it up and I think I have some sort of haemorrhoid...? I'm just wondering if this is common with UC? Have any of you had this problem? I'm just wondering if this is something I should see my doctor about soon or if I can relax and just bring it up at my next appointment which is in about a month or so? Anyways, I would appreciate any of your responses!

Here is a link which provides pics of hemmies (the first set of pics) the pics below them is of perianal crohn's skin tags that are strickly related to crohn's disease (just mentioning this cuz many people get misDX between the two IBD's (UC or CD).  It's always a good idea to get new things checked out by your doc though...

If it is a hemmie then you should be able to wait until your next docs appt unless it starts to give you grief.

It sounds like a hemmie from what you describe, especially the fact that it only bothers you after a bm. You can try a hot bath and/or apply Tuck's Medicated Pads to the affected site-- both helpful in calming hemmies & shrinking them in size. They are common to people with chronic bowel problems & post-partum in women. / Old Hat (30 yrs with left-sided UC ... [etc.])
