I haven't been conducting a controlled experiment or anything like that - and I also haven't been at it all that long. However, I think raw milk has been one of the reasons I am doing so much better (that and probiotics).
The fast itself is quite easy (I'm fasting now - haven't consumed anything but milk since noon yesterday, and will not eat solid food until supper tonight). My biggest surprise is how filling and satisfying whole milk can be - I have no cravings for solid food. It also appears to be the primary culprit in my gaining weight (10 pounds the past month). So I am either going to have to exercise more, or cut back further on my solid food consumption, because I really don't need the extra poundage.
So...I would say it has been going really well. I'm off 6mp and am tapering sulfasalazine (with hopes of being med free by the end of summer). I don't think raw milk alone is responsible, but I consider it an important piece of the puzzle (at least for me).
