Been there.....I have asthma as well and usually have to up the corticosteroid inhaler to help prevent further issues.

I know you're not on any meds...so won't go there.

You could consider to purchase expectorant (not anything with DM).

Drink enough fluids, tea (can help with opening the bronchial tubes), consider to take L-Lysine and up your vitamins.

A member here uses Beta Glucan....do a search for it on this forum...
Great info.

I can relate to colds one after the other...but you might consider to get checked out in case you might have bronchitis. If it does trigger your asthma and you leave it untreated, you might end up with scarring that can affect your overall lung function/capacity.

Keep us posted as to how you're doing.

My last flare was definitely involved from being sick so many times in a short period of time, but I was also on maintenance enemas and should have probably upped them.

Hope you feel better soon,
quincy

Thanks quincy,

I don't think its bronchitis my lungs are fine. I am on meds. I take pentasa 500 g in morrning and usually 1 asacol in the evening. Thats all though. Ive been on a raw food diet for 2 weeks which consisted of 90% raw. It could be my body getting rid of toxins but im not sure. Ive been to the loo twice today. No blood no mucus yet. Stools were formed and all water was absorbed. I guess I don't have to worry about twice. Its a little unsual for me to go twice.

It seems you have your own path you're following. Please, however, don't confuse symptoms that you want to see with symptoms that could be existing.
