Been there.....I have asthma as well and usually have to up the corticosteroid inhaler to help prevent further issues.
I know you're not on any meds...so won't go there.
You could consider to purchase expectorant (not anything with DM).
Drink enough fluids, tea (can help with
opening the bronchial tubes), consider to take L-Lysine and up your vitamins.
A member here uses Beta Glucan....do a search for it on this forum...
I can relate to colds one after the other...but you might consider to get checked out in case you might have bronchitis. If it does trigger your asthma and you leave it untreated, you might end up with scarring that can affect your overall lung function/capacity.
Keep us posted as to how you're doing.
My last flare was definitely involved from being sick so many times in a short period of time, but I was also on maintenance enemas and should have probably upped them.
