I think that this is a good sign. My blood tests came back nomal. No inflamation seen. The only thing I need is a bit more iron but Im not any where anemic.

I am going to stay with raw foods see how everything goes.

What kind of bloodwork is this? So you think a lot of your success is due to your diet?

Yes I think it is part of it. My meds are not working as well and I don't take a lot. So instead of trying to up more meds I am keeping the same meds and trying this diet. At the moment I feel strange today. i have energy. If I wanted to go for a walk I could with no concerns. i haven’t felt this way in so long that I don't know quite what to do. I keep checking my temperate, but its normal. i keep thinking I better rest and sit down, but I feel no need. I haven’t felt like this since I was in my 20s and I just don't know how to handle it. i have no pain no urgencies. But time will tell maybe Im just in a short remission and all my old symptoms will come back. My vision is weird as well. it is so clear. Maybe Im just having a good week. ? who knows. Im not going to say this works until I have been on it for 6 months

The blood work was just routine. Checked iron and for inflamation also I wanted my potassium level checked becasue I eat about 10 banans a day. It was fine.

I hope. you never know and i don't want to be like, i found something wonderful. Then my symptoms to return. i would be disapointed and sad. ill just take it one day at a time. And be greatful for the good days and deal with the bad ones when or maybe if they come. It would be a lie if I said I was 100% perfect, but I will just see how it goes.
