Does anyone find that jucing helps with flares or keeping you in remission? I'm trying to come up with a good plan once this flare is over. I have a juicer but haven't used it.

Thanks

I don't juice much at the moment, but I think juicing helped a lot to get me out of a severe flare.

I was juicing 1 bag of spinach and a handful of carrots everyday, and running it through a sieve so that I was only drinking juice and no residue.

juicing i think is always a good thing - it helped me - i need to get back in the routine - just use low sugar veggies, and NO fruit -
