Again I had monthly trouble. I felt so tired. A weird tired and stressed. I couldn’t cope with a business meeting today. Im still on raw foods and am still in remission. No blood or mucus. BM once or twice a day I guess I just need to post this to get the stress out. I think I need to leave the city.

Are you SURE you don't want to consider using birth control again? I remember you saying you used to be on them, and that things were better during your period then. I'm on the pill and don't notice any difference during my period in terms of UC symptoms, when I was flaring and now that I'm in remission.

i want to see if my body starts getting back to normal with out it. The problem with the pill is that. The hormones also increase the thickness of the natural mucus at the neck of the womb (it will also thicken the rest of your intesentes), which makes it more difficult for sperm to cross from the vagina into the womb and reach an egg. They also change the quality of the womb lining (endometrium), making it less likely that a fertilised egg can implant there.

The pill has been know to cause problems with inflamation ( reason listed above) and could be one of the reasons why I have UC now. Not the main reason but a small reason. I was worried about the pill because it has alot of caution warrnings about using it when you have IBD.
