Well, I know the issue about
food is near and dear to some, but I can assure you that once I jump off the wagon and start in eating sugar and fatty foods, I start feeling bad. I think I've always been that way, but now the UC just exacerbates it. I've always pretty much always watched what I've eaten. Not to say that I've given up all sugar, and I still eat pizza etc, just in moderation. Today I'm back on a high protein diet; watching the sugar and fat. It just makes me feel better all the way around and gives me more energy too. Take care Sweetie, hope you feel better soon.
