Hi...sounds like you have mucus in the stool. The itch can be from a fissure or maybe a slight yeast infection or some mucus leaking from the anus.. or stool in the anal folds if not wiped or cleansed thoroughly after a bm.
Check out irritable bowel syndrome.
You might be able to adjust your diet somewhat to ease some of the symptoms...what does your diet look like in general?
Stress can compound irritable gut, and sometimes spasming or gas can cause the cramping. Sometimes calming teas like peppermint can help that.
So, is your life in general extremely stressful lately?
If you are able to have stool samples done, that might be good to help identify if there's something else going on besides active mucus.
You might want to consider taking fibre supplements as well as probiotics to at least help keep the flora of your colon in good balance.
