Has anyone ever done one? I received some info in the mail today about the next Team Challenge Half Marathon Dec. 6th in Vegas. What all is involved? They say they pay accommodations and transportation.

team challenge is a fundraising campaign- it can support different causes- you are looking at one that supports the CCFA-when you sign up they usually give you guidance on how to start a web page where you can post your goals and
then you starrt fundraising- there is a minumum amount that must be met n order for you to participate-your travel expenses are usually included in that amount. it's a great thing to do if you can reach out to many people for the donations.

also, there are usually training sessions within your area, so there is support along the way.

I raised money for CCFA through the Take Steps walk here in Cleveland. It really was a lot of fun and great to see how many people care about people with Crohn's Disease and UC.

I was one of the biggest individual fundraisers in Cleveland! When I signed up, they sent a list of the prizes that you would get if you raised certain amounts of money.

I never got any prizes! Has anyone else ever done the Take Steps walk? Did you get your prize?

I just did the Seattle Take Steps walk last Saturday. I received a T-shirt and visor for the money I raised (over $1100). I got an email earlier this week stating that we'd receive our "incentive prizes" (I guess there is something else?) in August.
