I lost a bunch of weight at first, but I'm back to the point where I'm hoping not to gain any more. I do sometimes have a hard time exercising, though not just because of colitis, also because I'm freaking lazy. But running, which is the cheap way to get in shape, always makes me have to go...and if you're running, there isn't always a place to go.
I'm having a flare up now, and I think I've lost a few pounds, but I've also been trying to cut down on calories generally, just because I don't think I've been very healthy in the last few years. I've got a pretty healthy BMI though, 180 at six foot one. Very little of it is muscle though
