I can eat fairly low carb (less bread, etc.) but just can't see myself without them entirely - guess I admire you guys if you can and it helps. I don't find any type of food makes any difference. I always feel worse when I cut out sugar and carbs to try it. Oh well! Since I hate veggies and fruit that does not help!
You say you feel worse after cutting out sugar and carbs, I actually felt the same when I tried my first attempt at the scd. I had strong cravings for these foods which had basically kept me going all these years! But I am slowly weaning myself off the sugar and cutting back on the carbs to give attempt number 2 ago mid week. I am in desperate need to put on some weight as I only weigh around 98Ibs.

Calcium 3 x a day for osteoporosis
Actimint pre and probiotics 6 x a day
My biggest concern BOWEL CANCER :O(
