Are you using them at night as well or just during the day?
You might want to ask the doctor for a prescript
ion of dicyclomine...it does help somewhat for the spasming in the rectum...that might indirectly help.
Is it the asacol foam you're using during the day? You could use a lubricant of maybe hydrocortisone cream on the nozzle of the foam before inserting.
I feel for you that you've not gotten any resolve.
You could try proctocedyl...which is a prescript
ion...but in an ointment form. It seems to work very well for any rectal irritation or hemmies.
