Lately, I've been totally annoyed because the cortifoam canisters aren't working right.
I've used them for years and now that my co-pay is through the roof, I'm wasting a lot of foam and I'm getting very frustrated!
Here's what happens:
I put a new white flange on the top of a new canister
I put the applicator on top with the blue part pulled out to the line.
I push down
The applicator gets a little filled
I push again on the white flange and the applicator doesn't fill any more and I can tell that the foam is now under the flange.
Push again and it just makes it worse.
I stop, clean the flange thing out with hot water but the whole thing happens again.
Anyone else having this problem? Are the white flange tops being made differently (smaller opening)? Is there less propellant in there? I can't figure out what I'm doing differently after years without problem.
I'm thinking of calling the manufacturer or maybe seeing what my pharmacist can do for me... like maybe replace the canisters that I've half-wasted with this problem.
