Hello All,
Question about Remicade for UC and sinus infections.  Been on Remicade only the loading dose with much improvement (very happy), however I now have a sinus infection.  Being treated with antibiotics to clear this up.  Has anyone had recurring sinus infections while on Remicade?  If so, how do you prevent the infection?
I have summer allergies like grass, mold, treas in bloom, etc.  I am on a seroid nasal spray (that stays in the nose), but not sure what else to do.  Also with the Remicade I experience odd, yet noticable body muscle aches, not bad, but noticable.  I have mentioned it to the GI dr., but he was not too overly concerned at the time.  I will follow-up with the GI after my 4th infusion.  Any advise.
Thanks,
Hopeful4UC
