I eat mustard all the time - yellow, brown, all kinds. It has never bothered me.

Funny, I have a whole lot of diverticulosis along with my UC, but I've never had a problem with seeds.

Judy....just be careful.  My dad had diverticulosis for years and ate nuts by the tons...said he never had a problem either....not until he was about 74 yrs old and had to be rushed to the hospital in severe pain.  He developed a pouch..diverticulitis which became infected and we almost lost him.  Beware of diverticulosis, best to watch out for seeds.
