NiRo...don't worry too much about
the time lines..old info is still good info. 5ASA meds have been out in earnest for well over 20 years...oral and rectal...and docs of today still use pred as a first-line meds for UC. Something screwy (I choose a stronger word) with that picture!!!!!
Takes a while for stuff it seems, but to the detriment of the patient.

~vitamins/minerals/supplements; Probiotics....(RenewLife Ultimate Flora Critical Care + Primadophilus Reuteri). @ bedtime
~various digestive enzymes as needed
~URSO for PSC (or PBC) 500mg X 2 daily (LFTs back to NORMAL!!)
My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS" worth it !!!
