Anyone else have pain in their legs that seem to radiate from the ulcerative proctitis?  Was wondering if the ulcers are affecting the nerve endings.

It wouldn't be the "ulcers"...it would, however, be the inflammatory response and what it affects. My flares feel like I did when I had my periods, and that feeling of lower back discomfort it going down my legs is quite disconcerting.

Yes, Christine, I have same as you know - and I have lower back pain radiating especially down left thigh.  Also, pain in buttocks and tailbone at times.  Heat helps!  Tylenol helps!  But you know - remission would REALLY help!!  Oh well!

Good luck there!
