wow Linda...not good you're in such discomfort and can't find any relief at all from any meds. What about
something like proctocedyl suppositories?
I can relate to the pain only during flares or when the hemmies have reared, but the proctocedyl does help.
One thing I forgot to add is that possibly Canesten cream could help externally? It's easy to end up with a bit of a yeast infection...I had that once with hemmies and a fissure and flaring..it was awful. I tried all the other stuff and finally thought to try the Canesten cream....it worked welll and at least I was able to get some relief.
Maybe worth a try...

My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS" worth it !!!
