I know alot of you recommend trying fibre. Is metamucil a good one? Do you find fibre helps a bit, not much, or very noticeable? I am thinking of trying it out.
Also, do you find any red meat tolerable? What about something more tender like lamb? I am wanting to add just a bit to get some iron. I know I don't do so hot with roast beef n stuff.
