Are you ovulating possibly?
A constant stomach ache and slight change in bms can be a symptom of low in the rectum inflammation.
I get that as a symptom as well as the back ache.
Are you having excess gas as well? the kind that doesn't easily escape but just seems to sit in the rectum?
You should know soon enough if it's related to a flare.
You could increase fibre via supplement and maybe up your probiotic.
