Ya, it sucks, so far the whole month of October (I know it's only been 7 days, but still) has been under the normal range for tempature...we actually had a pretty good september out here, better than I've ever remembered (then again, that isn't often) but man it sure went by fast, too fast into cold, snowy, super windy October. I'm a born and bred Calgarian and I'll never get use to this, funny how aging seems to make me feel more sensitive to the cold.
Only thing I'm looking forward to is thanksgiving weekend comming up right away, can smell that turkey already and I haven't even bought it yet (hope I don't forget to).
Mom's okay (thanks for asking), she suffered a mild stroke and mild heart attack, they surprisingly kept her in the hospital until she was back to her normal self (which in reality doesn't really exsist, never has...her being normal that is)...we always know she's fully recovered when she starts griping about
It's not even midnight here yet (close though), so I'm soon off to bed, have to get up early to get son off to school, only this yr and next yr left then he'll be graduating from high school and hopefully that means I can sleep in, no more 7am wake ups.
Nice chatting with ya, don't forget to use your enema before bed eh!
bee propolis caps 500mg one cap twice/day
omegas 369 caps one cap twice/day
probiotics 10 billion cfu once/day
vitamins C-calcium ascorbate (easy on the gut) and vitamin A each once/day
Prodiem fibre supplement one cap before bed
I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
I went from 30+ bloody BM's/day with lots of lower back pain to an average of 5/day no bleeding no back pain and completely formed stools, still have severe urgency issues.
~~~~~~~~My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)~~~~~~~~
