Hobo-thank you for posting that. Had you tried reducing gluten before you went completely gluten free, and if so, did it have any impact at all?
Also, how did you come to find out gluten was a trigger for you?
Sorry for all of the questions. I am just curious how others come to the realizations they have about
their food, and wondering about
it for myself. Before I was hospitalized, I was beginning to explore all of this, then the Humira just cleared things right up. Now that things aren't perfect, but not terrible either, I am trying to explore more natural approaches while things are not in crisis, kwim? Crisis is not the time to make change, I have found, if you can possibly avoid it.
