and never ever feel guilty or bad about
yourself. this is your life, no one elses.
you are on your own evolution and it is only up to you to do what needs to be done... .like worrying etc.
its super hard to be "positive" with so much to think and worry about
. just know that worrying will not change anything or effect any outcome except make you more stressed which can cause a flare.
so everytime you start to freak out a bit, just think to yourself "worrying is not helping, what should i do instead?" and do anything else you can! even if its drinking, eating, taking a pill, watching a movie, whatever. anything is better than worrying.
also, we always say to everyone else and to ourselves to 'BE POSITIVE" so much that when you find yourself not being positive, it makes you feel worse, cuz its hard sometimes to get out a funk or bad mood or just freak out mode. so dont beat yourself up.
just keep writing about
it here as it usually helps to get it out and we all understand.

i do believe im in REMISSION! last few days have cleared up nicely.
a bit of inflammation in the end bit causing some pain, but its on the mend!
IM 19 weeks PREGGERS and feeling great!
mesalazine granules 3g x1 a day (much nicer than a million tablets a day),
tapering pred by 5mg every 4 days, 20mg at the moment
pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamins, xango juice 30ml x3 a day, vitamin d3,
i still eat what i want, when i want, if i feel like eating at all ... diet doesn't affect my UC.
