She fell asleep
you weren't talking UC stuff to her were you LOL (just joking Burli).
Yes, many rave about Manuka Honey...I use whichever is priced well (honey seems to be very expensive) and true, it would take alot to have similar effects that you spoke of, but it's still a great alternative to table sugar (though I like Stevia as well) so long as there aren't any bee allergy issues. I've used honey on burns and cuts on my skin, works great, but I tend to use extra virgine olive oil as a body moisturizer and it too is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral and a natural antibiotic, it absorbs into the skin very quickly, heals bruises very well too, honey is pretty sticky so although it's great for cuts/burns I usually use EVOO....I also eat EVOO everyday.
bee propolis caps 500mg one cap twice/day
omegas 369 caps one cap twice/day
probiotics 10 billion cfu once/day
vitamins C-calcium ascorbate (easy on the gut) and vitamin A each once/day
Prodiem fibre supplement one cap before bed
I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
I went from 30+ bloody BM's/day with lots of lower back pain to an average of 5/day no bleeding no back pain and completely formed stools, still have severe urgency issues.
~~~~~~~~My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)~~~~~~~~
