My doc said to call whenever I feel I need to. I guess if I start to flare, I'll call, let his nurse know what my symptoms are, what my medication plan is (which would probably be to bump enemas up to nightly) and ask if he wants to see me or not. Honestly, I'm comfortable with the idea of just bumping enemas up w/o an office visit, and then head in to see him if I'm not improving in a couple of weeks.

Status: Remission since May 2009!
Symptoms began in November 2008, ~4 weeks after giving birth to my son
Diagnosed with pancolitis on 1/30/09
Meds: Apriso (4 0.375g pills ONCE!! daily), mesalamine enema twice weekly, Natural Factors Ultimate probiotic 12/12 Formula, multivitamin. Used prednisone (starting dose 40 mg) to get into remission.
