I just started these last week, and they're not bad. It doesn't really hurt--i use a little extra vaseline as lube to help it go in, but it's fine. It's not too bad to keep it in, either. I have experienced some bloating and cramping, usually the next day, but some people on here have helped by explaining that it's because I might be accidentally pushing some air up there with the enema. If you squeeze as much air out of the bottle as you can before you insert it, it helps.
I've found they really help. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!!
