Raffinose can be found in broccoli but broc is included on the safe list? I am confused. Pls help and thanks!!!

It's on the safe list? There was only one food my GI said I shouldn't eat when I was flaring, and it was broccoli. The vegetable can cause gas for some people.

It's typically a LOW FODMAP diet, not zero. Try it in moderate amounts and see what happens. FODMAP has helped me, but I stick to a paleo approach.
